A Village Doctor (150 words)

A village doctor is a physician who gives medical treatment to the rural people. He is a popular figure in the village. He is familiar to almost every villager. He is not a qualified doctor. He is a quack. He starts his career with the experience he had gathered by working with a doctor or in a dispensary. So, he has a lot of practical experience. He can deal well with the common diseases. He has a dispensary with an almirah, a chair, a table and one or two benches. He sits in the dispensary, examines the patients and gives medicines. He receives the cost of medicine. Then he goes out in the village to see his patients. Generally he uses a bi-cycle. In the absence of any qualified doctor, a village doctor renders useful services to the villagers. He is thus an important person to them.

একজন গ্রাম্য ডাক্তার একজন চিকিৎসক যিনি গ্রামীণ জনগণকে চিকিৎসা দেন। তিনি গ্রামের জনপ্রিয় ব্যক্তিত্ব। গ্রামের প্রায় প্রতিটি মানুষের কাছেই তিনি পরিচিত। তিনি যোগ্য ডাক্তার নন। তিনি একজন কুয়াশা। তিনি একজন ডাক্তারের সাথে বা ডিসপেনসারিতে কাজ করে যে অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করেছিলেন তা দিয়ে তিনি তার কর্মজীবন শুরু করেন। সুতরাং, তার অনেক বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা আছে। তিনি সাধারণ রোগগুলি ভালভাবে মোকাবেলা করতে পারেন। তার একটি আলমিরা, একটি চেয়ার, একটি টেবিল এবং একটি বা দুটি বেঞ্চ সহ একটি ডিসপেনসারি রয়েছে। তিনি ডিসপেনসারিতে বসে রোগীদের পরীক্ষা করেন, ওষুধ দেন। ওষুধের খরচ সে পায়। এরপর তিনি তার রোগী দেখতে গ্রামে যান। সাধারণত তিনি সাইকেল ব্যবহার করেন। কোনো যোগ্য ডাক্তারের অনুপস্থিতিতে একজন গ্রাম্য ডাক্তার গ্রামবাসীদের প্রয়োজনীয় সেবা প্রদান করেন। তাই তিনি তাদের কাছে একজন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যক্তি।
